Simply send a message to Release & Refocus Massage, using the 'Contact Information' tab, find the drop down subject line, and type your request in the message box along with your mailing address and choice of special occasion gift certificate with the name you would like printed on it.

Upon receipt of your email request, a PayPal Invoice will be sent to your email address; Gift Certificate will be sent via U.S. mail upon receipt of payment.
